Defective/damaged goods:
All our goods are quality controlled prior to dispatch and should reach you in good order.
We hope that it never comes to this, but if anything is defective, broken or damaged at time of receipt, please notify us via email to wanda@littlestar.co.za within 72 hours of receipt for replacement of such goods, or a gift certificate to the value of your purchase including postage, which is valid for a period of six months.
Goods must be unused, returned in its original packaging, with all tags still attached as well as a copy of your invoice and must be shipped freight prepaid within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Other returns: Should you not like what you have purchased and would like to return it, a 15 % handling fee will be charged on the purchase price inclusive of postage.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. A gift certificate will be issued for the value excluding postage and after the handling fee has been deducted. The gift certificate is valid for a period of six months.
