All orders placed, are shipped within one business day, if in stock. All orders in stock are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from date of order depending on your chosen delivery method.

Orders submitted on a weekend or public holiday

Weekend or public holiday orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.

Order confirmation

When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and that we are processing it.

Shipping confirmation

You will receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery, or the Track and Trace information if you have selected to counter delivery to the Post Office.

Delivery options

We provide you with a choice of delivery options:

• To counter delivery to any Post Office counter in South Africa
• To door delivery using one of the selected courier companies
• Collection from Somerset West

TO COUNTER DELIVERY - South Africa only

PLEASE NOTE:  We currently ship all our linen for free to any Post Office in South Africa!

To counter delivery is our economical way to send a parcel.  Your parcel will be sent to your nearest Post Office for collection.  The Post Office’s Track and Trace system will mean that you can track your parcel at any given time. 

All orders placed until 3 pm South African time, are shipped within one business day, if in stock. 

Parcels will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the remoteness of the location.

You can track your parcel via the South African Post Office website at www.sapo.co.za or by calling their ShareCall number 0860 111 502 during office hours and quoting your tracking number provided. 

Should you not collect your parcel within 2 weeks from delivery, the Post Office will return your parcel and you will be required to pay postage on your undelivered item. 

TO DOOR DELIVERY

For courier to your door, we will ship to any physical address within South Africa.  Delivery will take place between normal working hours, so please ensure that there is always somebody to sign for and receive the parcel.  Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 15 % handling fee, which will include shipping charges, transaction and insurance fees.  For international shipping, please refer below.

COLLECTIONS FROM SOMERSET WEST

You may collect your order from Somerset West.  We will notify you via email within 1 business day to make arrangements for the collection of your order.  There is no shipping charges associated with this option.

We do ship internationally.  Rates and delivery options are available on request, or you may proceed to place your order online and choose the applicable zone.
