Shopping help

Adding or removing products from your shopping basket

Shopping on this site is really easy!  You can add products to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button next to the price.  This will take you to the shopping basket page and the item you have chosen, will display in the shopping basket.  After each selection, you will view the content of your shopping basket.  You can either continue shopping by clicking on the "continue shopping" button on the left, or on the "checkout" button on the right to proceed to checkout.   This provides you with a change to review your purchases and to increase or decrease quantities. 

If you would like to modify the quantity of an item, change the quantity and click on the "update" button just below the content of the shopping basket.  If you want to remove an item completely from your basket, click on the "remove" button on the left of each product.

Completing your purchase

Please follow these easy steps to complete your purchase:

Step 1: Checkout

Click the "checkout" button below the content of the shopping basket to proceed to checkout. 

Step 2: Login

If you have already registered as an M-Web Safeshop 3 Shopper, click on "login" by typing your email address and password.  Click on "OK" to go to the next step. As a registered M-Web Safeshop 3 Shopper, your shipping and billing details will automatically be inserted into the online order form for you to confirm before finalising the purchase.  You will have the opportunity to change it.

If you have not yet registered, please complete your details to continue with the checkout process.  All fields marked with a red astrix, are mandatory. 

Step 3: Shopper details and delivery details

Your registered shopper and delivery details are displayed.  You now have an opportunity to change your details by clicking on the "edit" button. 

Step 4: Shipping details

Click on the down arrow on the right to display the various shipping details and associated costs for delivery of the products in your shopping basket.  Once you have selected the shipping details, this will be added as a line item to your shopping basket. 

Step 5:  Payment details

Click on the down arrow on the right of payment type to select your payment method.  We accept VISA, Mastercard and direct deposits as a method of payment.  You will be required to complete your credit card details.  Please note that you can put your mind at ease when ordering from Little Star using the M-Web SafeShop 3 online ordering system.

Step 6: Buy now

Click on "buy now" to submit your order.

Step 7: Order confirmation

Once you've submitted your order, the next screen will display your order confirmation to confirm that we have received your order.  You will also receive an email at about the same time. Your order confirmation page also serves as your online receipt for your purchase.
